Wellington Racing Club Events Centre has over 25 different function rooms to choose from providing the perfect space for any conference, meeting or seminar, whether it be in just one room or utilising the entire venue exclusively.

The breadth of the racecourse allows for huge flexibility. Corporate bookings can host a short meeting or working breakfast through to multi-day conferences that require breakout rooms, dinners and trade show presentations all under one roof. Competitive daily delegate packages are available.

Whether it’s a national conference for 500 people or an intimate meeting for 10, everything you need is onsite to engage, strategise and learn with your colleagues.

All our rooms offer natural lighting and inspirational views over the racecourse or surrounding gardens.

Venue hire includes onsite tables, chairs, white cloths, serviettes, crockery, cutlery, power, staffing, set up and clean up.

Lighting, AV and sound are further options and can be priced upon application.

Competitive daily delegate packages are available to include catering.

Located only a 40 minute drive from Wellington Airport, 25 minutes from central Wellington or a 5 minute walk from Public transport and accommodation options, Trentham Racecourse is easily accessible for all delegates.
